The problem
Where delivery goes wrong
Typing each address into a courier portal, pasting tracking numbers back into orders, and guessing shipping fees for East Malaysia takes hours a week and leads to mistakes.
Connecting couriers to Shopify moves the order details across automatically and sends the tracking link to the customer.

Which courier is cheapest?
It depends on parcel weight, destination and your monthly volume. Rates to East Malaysia differ a lot between couriers. We compare them against your real orders.
Can customers track their parcels?
Yes. Once the tracking number is on the Shopify order, Shopify sends the customer a shipping email with the tracking link.
Can I offer same-day delivery?
Yes, with an on-demand courier such as Lalamove or Grab, and Shopify's local delivery option limited to the postcodes you serve.
Can I ship overseas?
Yes. We set up an international shipping zone with its own rates, and connect an express courier such as DHL Express or FedEx.
