Payment gateways
Shopify Payments is not available in Malaysia, so every Malaysian Shopify store needs a local payment gateway. Compare six side by side, then let us connect the one that fits.
How it flows
What we do
Fees modelled against your real order value and payment mix.
Payment from Malaysian bank accounts, the method many local shoppers expect.
Visa and Mastercard on every gateway listed, plus UnionPay, Amex and more on some.
Touch 'n Go, Boost and GrabPay, with Atome or PayLater by Grab where offered.
Gateway app installed and test orders run on mobile before launch.
Gateway payouts matched to Shopify orders, or synced to your accounting system.

All six work with Shopify. Pick by your payment mix, not the headline rate.

Transaction fees
Razorpay Curlec and 2C2P transaction fees as each provider published them, checked 18 October 2026. Other figures from O2O Ecommerce's gateway comparison, checked 22 October 2026. Fees exclude tax and change often: confirm with the provider before you apply.
How it works
We look at your order value and payment mix, and shortlist gateways.
You sign up with the gateway. We get the store ready for their review.
We install the gateway on Shopify and run test orders before you go live.
The problem
Every sale pays two fees: the gateway's rate, and Shopify's third-party fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Grow or 0.6% on Advanced. The cheapest headline rate is not always the cheapest for your mix of FPX, cards and e-wallets.
Settlement speed, refunds and how payouts reach your accounts also differ between gateways.

Yes. We help you choose, prepare the store for the gateway's review, install it on Shopify and test it. We can also connect payouts to your accounting system.
